This college is managed by Blue Moon Scientific and technical education Society Head office Ram Nagar Mandi (H.P).
The college is situated on the bank of Beas River and on NH-21 (Kullu, Mandi, Highway) Near Army Transit camp Pandoh Mandi (H.P) in the lap of Nature. College is surrounded by verdent greenry that makes it picturesque.
